The family

Threecoins is the literal translation of the family name Trequattrini. The Trequattrini, a family of five originally from Umbria, Italy, moved to Perth with the dream to combine their individual areas of expertise to create a unique, culture rich restaurant, offering the real taste of regional Italian cuisine.

 

JOIN THE FAMILY: We are looking for a passionate and experienced chef to join our team.

The right canditate will have:

  • at least 5 years experience in fast paced kitchens
  • proved experience in the pastry section
  • good level of English
  • extensive knowledge of Italian and European cuisine

We offer a full-time position within a great work environment, mostly evening shifts. Salary: $54.000 – $60.000 for the right canditate.
