Like any good Italian family restaurant, we enjoy hosting large groups of guests and the conviviality that goes along with that, like lunch in the garage at nonna’s. If you are planning on hosting a private function for a special occasion or just want to gather the troops for a big old get together, we encourage you to get in touch and we can assist you in arranging your next special event.

LARGE GROUPS

We welcome large groups and are happy to accommodate up to 25 guests on one table ordering a-la-carte during our regular trading hours. Bookings up to 16 can be made through our booking system while for larger groups please email us at ciao@threecoins.com.au and we will assist with the reservation.

LARGE GROUPS REQUIREMENTS For large groups of 25 guests or more we ask that you use our set menu selections. Please advise of guest dietary needs or allergies. 

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

We can open the venue for private functions on days/hours that we are normally not open, a minimum spend and deposit applies.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING/ DEPOSIT We require a deposit of $20 per person within 7 days of booking your function. The deposit amount will be deducted from the balance at the conclusion of your event. This deposit is non refundable within 3 days from the booking date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Threecoins and Sons has the right to reallocate your space on the day if your booking has not been confirmed. 

CONFIRMATION OF FINAL NUMBERS: To ensure the smooth running of your event, we request that you confirm guest numbers, food and beverage selections no later than 7 days prior to your function date. We kindly ask to be informed of any last minute changes in numbers prior to your arrival or you may be charged the set menu price for the guests that do not show up.

CANCELLATIONS All cancellations must be made in writing/email to the function coordinator. If cancellation occurs within 3 days of your function’s date, the deposit will be forfeited. 

TABLE ARRANGEMENTS: Whilst we will try our best to accommodate your table arrangements, we need to take in consideration the space as well as other guests in the restaurant.
